Chris D. Harp

Chris brings over thirteen years of experience working in the Hudson Valley, New York City, and beyond. As an experienced Project Manager, Chris has comprehensive knowledge of all phases of design, documentation, and contract administration. He has designed and managed over $100M in new construction and renovation projects. Notable projects include; the Lemon Squeeze, a piano bar located in New Paltz, a clinic featured in Time Magazine as “The Oncology Clinic of the Future,” an expansion to the emergency room located at the pandemic’s epicenter, and the modernist additions to a rural medical center in Southwestern Louisiana. Before joining the ARA team in 2021, Chris was the Senior Designer at Pomarico Design Studio Architecture, PLLC, a healthcare architecture firm based in New York City and Newburgh, NY. Before beginning healthcare architecture, Chirs interned at Bialecki Architects in Gardiner, NY, where he worked on sustainable residential architecture focusing on vernacular building practices. Upon graduating from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Chris worked at Radlab Inc., where he worked on brand strategies and product design for Kiinde baby products. Chris was an Adjunct Professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology, instructing architecture students on construction detailing and building systems design. Chris is experienced and well-versed with building codes, the regulatory review process, site plan approval, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). He has participated in multiple undergraduate and graduate thesis review panels. Chris is currently pursuing his architectural licensure.
