Old Greenwich, CT | Restoration and adaptive reuse. Historically accurate restoration of a guesthouse designed in the early Craftsman Bungalow style by Katharine Cotheal Budd, the first woman member of the New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. The renovated building has environmentally responsible construction and systems, is fully accessible, and houses the Bruce Museum Seaside Center, the Floren Family Environmental Center and other community groups and civic agencies. Project management led by Krist Dodaro (Dodaro Ross Architects) and by Chris Franco (President, GPC – Greenwich Point Conservancy).
